본 약관은 운영자가 제공하는 서비스(주식 차트를 코스로 달리는 캐주얼 게임)의 이용 조건과 절차, 이용자와 운영자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
① 서비스는 별도의 회원가입 없이 누구나 이용할 수 있는 캐주얼 게임입니다.
② 토스 인앱(앱인토스) 환경에서는 순위에 표시할 닉네임을 계정에 연결하기 위해 토스 간편로그인을 이용할 수 있습니다. 이때 서비스는 안정적 식별을 위한 최소한의 식별자만 사용하며, 닉네임은 이용자가 직접 입력하는 표시명(가명)입니다. 자세한 처리 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
① 운영자는 게임 플레이, 종목별·전체 순위, 결과 공유 등의 기능을 제공합니다.
② 운영자는 서비스의 내용·기능을 개선을 위해 변경할 수 있으며, 점검·장애·천재지변 등 불가피한 사유로 서비스 제공을 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
운영자는 위반 기록을 사전 통지 없이 삭제하거나 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
서비스는 공개된 과거 시세 데이터를 게임 코스 생성에 참고할 뿐이며, 어떠한 경우에도 투자 권유·자문·매매 신호가 아닙니다. 시세·종목 표시는 오락 목적이며 정확성·실시간성을 보장하지 않습니다. 이를 근거로 한 투자 판단의 책임은 전적으로 이용자에게 있습니다.
서비스에 표시되는 기업명·종목명·종목코드는 해당 종목을 사실대로 지칭하기 위한 것이며, 본 서비스는 해당 기업과 아무런 관련이 없고 후원·제휴·승인 관계가 아닙니다. 각 상표·상호의 권리는 해당 기업에 있습니다.
서비스의 디자인·코드·그래픽 등 일체의 저작물에 대한 권리는 운영자에게 있으며, 이용자는 운영자의 사전 동의 없이 이를 복제·배포·상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.
운영자는 무료로 제공되는 캐주얼 게임의 특성상, 천재지변·외부 데이터 공급자 장애·이용자 기기/네트워크 문제 등 운영자의 합리적 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 약관은 관련 법령 및 서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다. 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

CandleRider — the “Service”

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the Service (a casual game that rides stock charts as courses), and the rights, duties, and responsibilities of users and the operator.
① The Service is a casual game anyone may use without sign-up.
② In the Toss in-app (Apps in Toss) environment, Toss simple login may be used to link a leaderboard nickname to an account. Only a minimal identifier is used for stable identification; the nickname is a display name (pseudonym) you enter yourself. See the Privacy Policy for details.
① The operator provides gameplay, per-symbol/overall leaderboards, result sharing, and similar features.
② The operator may change the Service to improve it, and may temporarily suspend it for maintenance, faults, or force majeure.

The Service only references public historical market data to generate game courses and is in no case investment advice, solicitation, or a trading signal. Prices/symbols are shown for entertainment and are not guaranteed to be accurate or real-time. Any investment decision based on them is solely the user’s responsibility.
Company names, security names, and ticker symbols shown in the Service are used solely to factually identify the relevant securities. The Service is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed by, or associated with any of these companies. All trademarks and trade names belong to their respective owners.
All rights to the Service’s design, code, and graphics belong to the operator. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use them without the operator’s prior consent.
As a free casual game, the operator is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure, external data-provider outages, or user device/network issues.
These Terms may be revised in line with applicable laws and service changes; changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
